We are Evan and Maria Lawler.  We launched TERRA Company to custom tailor our services to our clientele in Southern Missouri.  Our real estate journey started in 2015.  As a husband-and-wife team, we gained experience through hundreds of transactions and two large national franchises.  The lessons and relationships through the years led to the formation of TERRA Company which specializes in marketing and selling farms, hunting, recreational property, and rural homes on acreage. We focus in Wright, Webster, Douglas, Texas, and Ozark Counties, but have sold property in 13 Missouri Ozarks Counties.

Being owner-operators, we have the complete freedom to service every buyer, seller, and property uniquely while enjoying our family, living life, and making business and personal decisions on our own terms in a place we love.  Isn’t that everyone’s dream?  When not assisting our customers we can be found hunting, fishing, gardening, on the tractor performing habitat improvement, or taking in a sunset on the front porch.
